Historic Farm House

This farm house sits in Phillippi Estate Park in Sarasota and was built in 1916 by Edson Keith. Keith lived in the home during the construction of his nearby mansion on Sarasota Bay. The house was declared a historic structure and was restored in 2010. The house has an information page at Sarasota County’s website.
