I have to get this out….I HATE TICKETMASTER!! Their fees are absolutely outlandish. I should get excited about buying tickets to go see my favorite artists, but instead I cringe. I wish somebody would bring down this horribly monopoly.

Today I bought two tickets for Susan Tedeschi at the Houston House of Blues this Friday. The tickets are $27.50 each. At the end of the transaction, I ended up paying $80! Yes, that’s right, I paid $20 in fees.  Convenience fees, service fees, processing fees..It is an outrage.

There, I feel better now. Let me know about your Ticketmaster horror stories if you have any. Misery loves company.
